Off-campus student housing at the University of Delaware is continually in high demand.  Student enrollments rise year over year and the number of on-campus dorms have remained the same.  Premium housing with high end amenities is highly desirable.  A large local developer hired Breckstone to create and design a new construction three story building to meet the marketplace needs.  The result is a 20-unit apartment building with covered parking.  The 2- and 3-bedroom units serve 4 to 5 students and include 2.5 bathrooms, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, balconies and high-end finishes.
