Solomon’s Court
Solomon’s Court is the flagship project for major revitalization of Wilmington’s Hilltop neighborhood. The original concept and project team was developed by Breckstone. This 30,000 square foot three-story mixed-use $7.2 million project on West Fourth combines commercial development of the first collaborative, in an effort to teach them about themselves and the world around them. The addition of a treehouse would add another transformational element to their educational programs. Breckstone engineered and designed the structure of the treehouse to optimize the outside surroundings and trees. This unique treehouse provides a vibrant and dynamic learning site for the school’s curriculum and will serve their students for many years to come.
