Goodwill Industries

This building was transformed from a car dealership to the flagship corporate offices for the many Delaware stores. The construction was performed by Emory Hill and Breckstone provided the architecture, structural engineering and the interior design.  The facility includes in excess of 60,000 square foot, which includes a major expansion and renovation of the existing facility.
