Total interior renovation of an existing 50,000 square foot warehouse in North Philadelphia.  Clerestory windows on three sides of the open space allowing natural light to penetrate the interiors of the open landscaped office.  The design concept was to bring into congruity the client's product, outdoor billboard advertising, with overall layout and design theme.  We accomplished this by using traditionally exterior materials and motifs to create interior "streetscapes", and the use of decorative architectural elements and color schemes.  A new dual truck bay was added and the industrial space was fully renovated.  Breckstone performed Architectural, Engineering, Interior Design & Construction Management.
