Todd Breck, AIA, PE

Todd T. Breck is both a registered architect and a professional engineer and holds licenses in multiple states including MD, NJ, PA, DE & VA.  He has been practicing in both professions for over 50 years in the region.  Mr. Breck has a prodigious level of knowledge in the architectural, engineering, construction management and real estate development industries.  Over this time, he has been providing his expertise for building, renovations, and historic restoration/renovations.

Mr. Breck is published and has provided his vast expertise in lectures and as an expert witness on numerous cases.  He is a member of AIA and served as president of the AIA Delaware Chapter 2004-2006.  He is also affiliated with several other prestigious groups both regionally and nationally, and has been recently appointed to the State of Delaware Board of  Architects.  He has also served as a local Chapter President of ICRI (International Concrete Repair Institute) and was a member of the national board in 2002.
